#We.Are.RCS. Employee Giving Campaign is a fund that was established over 20 years ago, due to state restrictions on employee gifting. RCS staff, like yourself, created this fund to allow anyone employed at RCS to contribute through payroll deduction and use the funds to CELEBRATE, UNITE, CONNECT, CARE and ELEVATE one another through tokens of appreciation!
