Bi-weekly contribution from my paycheck*

By clicking to make a "bi-weekly contribution from my paycheck," I understand that my tax-deductible donation amount that I provided above will be deducted bi-weekly from my paycheck until I cancel in writing to RCS payroll or no longer work at RCS.

• I understand that an annual tax-deductible receipt of my total contributions will be emailed to me in January.
• I understand that the fiscal year begins in July and ends in June, and the following are examples of the total amount contributed from a 12-month RCS employee:
  • $2 deducted bi-weekly from paycheck amounts to $52 tax-deductible contribution to the We.Are.RCS fund.
  • $5 deducted bi-weekly from paycheck amounts to $130 tax-deductible contribution to the We.Are.RCS fund.
  • $(Any amount) deducted bi-weekly from paycheck amounts to ($ any amount X 26 weeks) of tax-deductible contribution to the We.Are.RCS fund.

I understand that my tax-deductible donation will be used to support employee recognition and staff-related opportunities for ALL RCS employees. My contribution to the RCS Employee Giving Campaign allows us to care, connect and elevate one another as We.Are.RCS and exemplify RCS Pride in Excellence! Please Note: The monthly cash raffle drawing applies to any RCS staff who has donated to the program for more than a year.

One-time ANNUAL contribution**

By clicking to donate a "one-time ANNUAL contribution," I understand that my tax-deductible donation amount that I provided above will be deducted ONE TIME from my paycheck ANNUALLY in August, after all RCS staff have returned.

An annual one-time deduction will occur while I am employed at RCS or until I cancel in writing to RCS payroll or no longer work at RCS.
