Questions and answers below.

Congratulations to Muskaan Suvas, student at Adams High School, for creating the new Hometown Hustle logo!

  • Why is the 15th annual RCSF Hometown Hustle 5K and Color Fun Run virtual?
  • With the health and safety of our students, staff, and community being our priority, and after many months of review and consultation with city officials, RCSF board and community partners, as a team, made the decision to “go virtual.”
  • What is the difference between a virtual 5K and the Color Fun Run?
  • The difference between the 5k run/walk and the color run is the finish.

For both runs, registrants receive a race package that includes a t-shirt, bib and finisher’s medal.

For the color run, you will receive color packets, and it’s not “timed”. At the end of the color fun run/walk, we ask parents/friends to throw the color provided on the runner/walker or you can open the packets and throw upwards to get “showered” with color, all while taking selfies, group pictures or even recording a video, and uploading to share with the community to show your support for your school of choice and RCS.

For the 5K run/walk, we ask for pictures as well with your finisher’s medal on, but you also have an opportunity to win a prize (gift card) for your submitted time within 28 categories.

  • How does a virtual race work?
  • 1. Register!

Two simple ways to register! Online at Eastsideraching.enmotive.com or calling 248-726-3190 and we’ll help you get registered for the virtual race of your choice: 5k or Color Fun Run
