I am one of the Link Crew Coordinators at Stoney Creek High School (SCHS). The SCHS Link Crew Coordinators are seeking your help to raise enough funds to allow 20 link crew students to attend an upcoming conference that brings student leaders from all over the state together to train and strengthen the Link Crew Freshman Mentoring Program.
This is my proposal’s compelling why…
Link Crew is a nationwide program that aims to set up each freshman with upperclassmen to help him/her smoothly transition into high school.
Link Crew is firmly embedded as our freshman mentoring program at SCHS. We fully intend to have this program continuing every year with each incoming freshman class. As time progresses, every single student that attends SCHS will have participated in the Link Crew program as a freshman and then some of them again as upperclassmen Link Leaders.
